A Water Elemi woman born and raised in Velandria, Tradver’s sister city to its south. Once the manager of a shady tavern and inn, Hali was forced out of her home and workplace after it was aggressively acquiesced by the Dusty Dirks in a territorial feud with the Rossa Cartel. In the scuffle, Hali watched several of her friends lose more than their jobs. Now she aims to enact vengeance against the Dirks, placing herself in Tradver after hearing whispers of the gang having ties to the city’s duke.
